Gaudiya Mission Society, London

To spread the messages of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in London a congregation was held in London with Lord Zetland, Secretary of Indian affairs in the chair and under the aegis of “Gaudiya Mission Society, London”.

Though Srila Prabhupad could not be physically present in the congregation he extended great encouragement to Lord Zetland on this occasion. Sri Bhakti Pradip Tirtha Maharaj and Sri Bhakti Hriday Bon Maharaj were present in the meeting.This assembly was aimed at propagating the thoughts of Sriman Mahaprabhu. 

The Gaudiya Mission Society, London was started at Caxton Hall, West-minister, Sw. Having an office at 39, Drayton Garden, South Kensington SW10.

The members of the society: President – Marquess of Zetland, Vice-President –Maharaj Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadur of Tripura and Maharajadhiraja Sir Kameswar Singh Bahadur of Darbhanga.
